Project Goals

Reducing Energy Consumption: Improving the energy efficiency of the building to reduce consumption and associated costs.

Environmental Comfort: Creating a more comfortable environment for patients, visitors and staff by ensuring a stable indoor temperature.

Environmental Sustainability: To contribute to the reduction of environmental impact through the adoption of sustainable solutions

Project Stages

Initial Energy Analysis: COIMEC conducted a detailed analysis of the hospital's energy consumption. Identification of critical areas that required specific interventions to improve efficiency.

Customized Design: Design of a customized system that included installation of thermal insulation for the walls, replacement of windows and doors with energy-efficient models, and re-roofing with advanced insulation materials.

Implementation and Replacement of Window Frames: COIMEC coordinated the replacement of more than 2,000 windows and doors with models with high thermal and acoustic insulation. Use of state-of-the-art technologies to ensure maximum efficiency.

Laying of Thermal Coat: Application of an insulating layer on the outer surface of the building to improve insulation and reduce heat loss.

Roof Resurfacing with Innovative Materials: Replacement of the roof with a new load-bearing structure and sandwich panels made of sheet metal and rock wool to improve thermal insulation and ensure a greater

Result
